Stay at home and stay healthy with Guapp’s new food delivery service. We make sure you can safely order from restaurants close to your place without worrying about getting sick.


Additional Safety Measures:

  1. Select non-cash payment before you click order to avoid physical contact

  2. Open the chat feature on your order page after booking a driver

  3. Send them a quick instruction to leave the food at your door or lobby.

If you choose the contactless option, our delivery partner will message you a photo of your food at the agreed spot. If you still want to meet the driver, please make sure to keep a social distance for the safety of the driver and your own.


I was charged for a Guapp order fee.


Guapp will always combine the best service with the best quality, and fees help us maintain our friendly and high-quality standards.


Driver has completed my order status but I did not receive my order.


Sorry about that!


If you aren’t happy with the way a driver handled your order, please do this first:


  1. Please check your chat history for notifications just in case your order was delivered in a different location.

  2. If your driver is still not responding to your messages 15 minutes after the order completion, you can report this incident to our customer service team at (contact details)

Do you have pick-up options?


With Guapp’s pick-up feature, you will be able to get your order quickly without worrying about long lines. You can even pick up your food while on the go!

I can't find a driver.


If you have been unable to find a driver, this may be due to the current demand for Guapp services in your area. 

Please try to book again in a few minutes and we will do our best to find you a driver. 


Can I book multiple orders at the same time?


We’re sorry to inform you that you are currently unable to place multiple orders on Guapp at any given time. However, you can place another order for pickup or delivery after your current orders are already fulfilled by the driver.


I forgot to pay my order to the driver.


If you forgot to pay your order, please report it to us via Guapp Help Page by clicking on Contact Us below, and we will help you pay the driver. There is a possibility that we will deduct your Guapp wallet based on the fee on your order. So, please make sure your balance is sufficient for the deduction.


I received the wrong item.


If you’ve received the wrong item, don’t worry. You can report this to us at (contact details) and provide your order number. We’ll do our best to assist you ASAP.


I paid twice for my order.

Driver was impolite.


We are sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with a Guapp driver. We’re committed to making sure less-than-exceptional incidents like these don’t get in the way of your experience. Our policy requires drivers to be professional and courteous at all times. To ensure this doesn’t happen again, we have educated our drivers about the policies and procedures applied in Guapp.


You can give your driver a rating from 1 to 5 stars. You can also report and give us your feedback at (contact details) to help us improve our service.






Do I have to create a Guapp account to place an order?

Creating an account is not mandatory but it’s more convenient. You can still order using a guest account.
